A Completely New Website in 5 Working Days
An interview on Monday, online on Friday. Built from scratch, modern, self-hosted and yours, with the CMS, appointment booking, hosting and findability on Google and with AI assistants in the same package. One price for the build, then only the running costs.
Who this is for
- You have a website you would rather not show anyone, and you have been putting off the rebuild for two years.
- Your site runs on a builder platform, and the monthly fee climbs with every add-on you need.
- You are hard to find in Google search because the template was never built for loading speed or structure.
- Your site looks broken on mobile or loads noticeably slowly, because it was assembled years ago and has only been patched since.
- You run a business with 5 to 30 employees, whether in Vienna, Graz, Linz or Salzburg, and want to actually show up when someone searches for your service in your city.
- You want the rebuild behind you in one week rather than spread across six months of review rounds.
What you receive
A website built from scratch
Not a redesign on top of an old system, and not a template we recolour. Structure, design and functionality are built for your business, around your offering and your audience.
Self-hosted, not rented
The site runs on its own infrastructure in Europe, not on a platform that charges monthly rent and can change its rules. The code and the content belong to you, even if you later move the ongoing care elsewhere.
A CMS you can actually work with
You edit text, images, opening hours and contact details yourself, without code and without calling us. Handover includes a walkthrough and a short written guide to refer back to.
Bilingual, German and English
Both language versions are part of the package, cleanly separated and marked up correctly so search engines serve your customers the right one. We write the German from the interview and derive the English from it, and you review both at sign-off.
Findable on Google and by AI assistants
Clean structure, loading speed, metadata and structured data are part of the build, not a plugin bolted on afterwards. The site is written so that search engines and assistants such as ChatGPT or Perplexity can read and cite your content reliably.
Hosting, operation and analytics on a monthly plan
After handover we take care of operation, updates, backups and measurement. Each month you receive a readable report on how many people visited, where they came from and how many inquiries came out of it.
One bundled price
The build, the CMS, hosting setup, search and AI findability and analytics are a single price, not a stack of line items. After that, only the monthly care applies.
The five days
- With you
Day 1: Interview
One conversation where we gather everything: your offering, audience, brand, structure and the details for the imprint and privacy policy. The build starts the same day.
- With you
Day 2: First feedback round
You see your website for the first time, as a real site, not a mockup. Your feedback decides the direction.
- With you
Day 3: Second feedback round
Direction in, content placed, English version there. A short look is enough, this takes minutes.
- With you
Day 4: Third and final feedback round
The site is complete, including booking and the editor login. Last corrections to copy and images, then the scope is fixed.
- Live
Day 5: Going live
The site goes live on your domain. Plus the CMS walkthrough, your access to code and hosting, and the analytics setup.
Pricing
One bundled price for the five days, regardless of how often we change something during that week. After that, a fixed monthly fee for hosting, operation, analytics and the report. Measured over several years, a one-time build with modest ongoing operation often comes in below what stacked monthly fees for several builder and plugin subscriptions add up to.
We agree on concrete amounts in the free initial consultation. All prices excl. VAT, often partly eligible for KMU.DIGITAL funding.
What this costs to keep running is covered under operation & ongoing care, and where your data physically sits under hosting in Austria & the EU.
See all servicesBeing found, not just existing
A website nobody finds is a business card in a drawer. That is why findability is part of the build here, not an extra line item afterwards.
On Google, for your service in your city
Structure, loading speed, metadata and location data are set correctly from the first line rather than patched afterwards with a plugin. Someone searching for your service in your city should see you, not three directory portals.
On ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI
More and more people ask an assistant instead of a search engine, and it answers from pages it can read cleanly. Clear headings, one statement per section and structured data are what get your site quoted as the answer rather than skipped.
And you can see whether it works
Search Console and analytics are set up and handed to you, plus a readable report every month: which search terms bring people in, which pages they read and how many enquiries come out of it.
Renting or owning
Framer, Webflow and a WordPress on a maintenance contract bill you for the same site every month for as long as it exists. We bill the build once, and after that you pay only what running it actually costs.
| Renting or owning | Rented platform | Built by Neuklick |
|---|---|---|
| The build | Monthly, indefinitely | Once, then done |
| Who owns the site | The platform. You rent access | You do, source code and content included |
| When prices go up | You pay, or you rebuild | Does not affect you, your site keeps running |
| If you want to move | Export is limited, much stays behind | You take the site with you |
| Who looks after it | The platform, within its plan | We do, or somebody else, whenever you like |
The monthly fee covers operation, the domain, updates, backups, monitoring, analytics and the report. There is no licence and no platform rent inside it, because there is none to pay.
Three sizes, one process
The bundles differ only in the size and technical depth of the website. The process is identical in all three: five working days, three feedback rounds, live on Friday. Bilingual, self-hosted and with the CMS is included everywhere, so you can choose by your own page count rather than by decoding a feature list.

Afterwards: running the site
One monthly fee, whichever bundle you chose. The only difference is whether ongoing changes are included. Cancellable monthly, and the website belongs to you either way.
Operation
€149per month
You maintain the content yourself through the CMS.
- Hosting on European servers, and your domain
- Updates, backups and uptime monitoring
- Analytics and a monthly report
- Support for questions about the CMS
Operation with changes
€299per month
We handle the ongoing changes for you.
- Everything in Operation
- 3 changes per month, carried out by us
- A change is one request we finish in roughly 20 minutes: new copy on a page, a different image, opening hours, prices, a person on the team
- Each further change 79 euros
- Unused means expired: changes do not carry over into the next month
- Larger work, a new page for example, is quoted separately
All amounts excl. VAT. We state the prices openly so you know where you stand before we talk. The process is still a conversation: in the free initial consultation we work out which bundle fits your case and whether it fits into five days, and then we fix your week. Part of it is often eligible for KMU.DIGITAL funding.
What is not included
In none of the three bundles, so you know before the conversation rather than during it. The editor login for your team is included; a login for your own customers is a different thing and a project of its own. We say so in the initial consultation if your case is one of them.
- Online shop
- A customer portal, meaning a login for your own customers
- A booking system built from scratch rather than embedded
- Migration out of industry-specific software
- Photo shoot
- Logo and brand development
Frequently asked questions about the 5-day website
Because we do not start from zero. The technical foundation, the building blocks for individual page sections, the hosting and the findability groundwork are already built, and are assembled and designed for your business. What takes months on a classic project is usually not the working hours but the waiting in between. We take exactly that out, by putting everything into one week with fixed appointments.
Your time at four appointments, and your material. The first is the interview and takes about an hour; the three feedback rounds on days 2, 3 and 4 are short, and the middle one is often just a look and a message. Plus your logo, imagery and access to your domain. You can supply copy but you do not have to, we write it from the interview and you correct it. If an appointment moves or material is missing, the launch moves accordingly and the price stays the same.
That is what the session is for. The first round on day two is deliberately early, so a change of direction is still possible without breaking the week. Two further rounds follow on days 3 and 4. What five days cannot absorb is a complete restart on Thursday, which is why the first round is the most important appointment of the week.
Included are the build in both language versions, the CMS, hosting and domain setup, imprint and privacy policy, the groundwork for search engines and AI assistants, and analytics with a monthly report. Not included are an online shop, a customer login, a booking system, migrating data out of an old system, a photo shoot and designing a new logo. Those are projects of their own, and we say so in the initial consultation if your case is one of them.
WordPress and Wix are cheaper and faster to start with, because you are renting or installing an existing system rather than having something built. The trade-off shows up later: plugins add up, updates can break the site, and loading speed suffers once enough functionality is bolted on. For a simple site without bigger ambitions, a builder can remain the right choice. For a business that wants to be findable and to own the site, a custom build is the more stable foundation.
The website does not run on a platform that debits monthly rent and can change the rules, but on its own infrastructure on European servers, GDPR-compliant. The code and the content belong to you. We operate the site for you as long as you want us to, and if you would rather we did not, you receive a working state you can run yourself or hand to another provider.
Yes. You maintain text, images, opening hours and contact details yourself through the CMS, without code. Larger structural changes, such as a new page type, remain development work, the same as on most builders once you go beyond the templates. Smaller adjustments are covered by the monthly plan.
For hosting and the domain, for updates and backups, for ongoing monitoring that the site is reachable and fast, for smaller changes, and for analytics with a monthly report. That report is the visible part: it shows how many people visited, which search terms brought them and how many inquiries came out of it.
Yes. Content and structure are built so that AI assistants and search engines can read and cite it reliably, not just so it looks right to a human visitor. That covers clean headings, clear statements per section and technical findability alike.
Then we say so in the initial consultation, before you commission anything. A site with a shop, a customer portal or integration into existing systems is a project of its own with its own planning. The five days are an honest promise for a clearly bounded scope, not a label we hang on every case.
