Background
For over ten years I've built and led product and engineering teams at fast-growing SaaS companies, most recently as Head of Product at Valley. Shipping software that people actually use every day is what I do.
Neuklick grew out of a simple observation: the most valuable businesses sit on knowledge scattered across heads, inboxes and folders, and most AI tools fail because they don't know that knowledge. So Neuklick first builds your company's digital memory, then puts agents on top that act on it: answering inquiries, booking appointments, following up. On your systems, GDPR-compliant, no off-the-shelf builder.
I founded Neuklick to bring Austrian SMBs the product and engineering quality I know from the Valley — with one person who stands behind it instead of an agency that hands it off. Born in Bermuda, at home in Vienna, I've been building for as long as I can remember.
