How we communicate costs
Every project has two clear cost items, which we fix before the project starts: Build (one-time) covers analysis, design, integration and go-live. Fixed price after discovery, no time-or-materials surprises. Operation (monthly) covers hosting, maintenance, model costs and ongoing optimization, optional and transparently itemized.

No. Preparing your documents and workflows improves the quality of everything built on top of it, but it is not a prerequisite. If you want a single phone agent, that is what we build.
Yes, that is the normal case. A phone agent that books appointments needs the calendar connection anyway. We will tell you in the initial consultation what sensibly belongs together, including when that is less than you asked for.
It depends on the piece. Preparing your documents takes about a week, a single agent usually goes live in one to two weeks, custom software takes longer.
No. We take care of technology, setup and integration. You need your expertise about your own business, nothing more.
What was built belongs to you: your documents, the agents and all access. Ongoing care is cancellable monthly, and there is no licence that expires with the cancellation.
